Still don't have my Restaurant Story back

I lost all progress on my Restaurant Story like 3 months ago and it is still not fixed. I have tried contacting Storm8 Support multiple times and NO ONE is helping me!!!!!! I have spent real money on this game and I want my game back!! I have been very patient and very understanding but it should not take 3 months or longer for someone to help me. I have given you guys my ticket numbers and still nothing!! I don't understand why no one is helping me!! Please, all I want is my game back or my money back. Thank you.
