Waiting

Can any of you help me? I have bern playing castle story almost from the beginning on my IPad and on the last event I was finishing when something happened to my iPad and the game is "waiting" not loading. I don't want to lose anything of my game. I don't want to delete it. I couldn't finish the event even though I was on 10......, Please help me to fix it.

Sorry to hear that! Seems like you've encountered a sync error. Please force close and reopen the game and you should have the most updated progress in your game.
