"Have 5 Neighbors" problem

In the Valentine's Day game, one of those challenges is to have 5 neighbors. I obviously have this many neighbors, but it isn't registering. Sorry if this has been brought up already, but please help. I have quit the game and restarted my device, but it is getting annoying. I would rather not spend 5 city cash for something as stupid as this.

The games simply do not check to see whether or not these goals have already been met. I don't believe your device is the problem; it's the game, IMO.

With the other games the quests work when you do something new, for example - in farm story you have to plow, plant and collect crops to count for the quests. For your neighbor quest, you will need 5 new neighbors to finish the quest.
