No quest prompts for fire and ice

I updated but get to quest prompts for fire and ice. Since I saw it was possible I got both fire and ice seeds and crafted lilies but have no clue what else to do. Do you get the stone at the beginning? If so I never got it. If this is timed I am already out in the cold I think.
