Skins Not Showing

Hello

For some reason previous limited skins I bought from last year are no longer showing on my animals neither are these in storage.
Please Help! :(

Sorry to hear that! Could you try force closing out of the game? From there, tap on the edit button and tap on any of the farm animals that you purchased a skin for. Once you see there's a paint bucket on the top, tap on that. Do you see any of the skins you purchased on the bottom? If not, please write to support@storm8.com and one of our agents will be able to assist you. Hope this helps!
