Floor tiles gone

I spent 4 gems to get 4 Pink Diamond Tiles, and a couple of days later, I only have 3 Pink Diamond tiles. I have force-closed the game several times as well as rebooting my iPad.

I would like to either get the floor tile back or be reimbursed my gem.
