Hats not counting

I can give them, but it's not registering that I've made them

At this rate I'll never get to level 8

You may be having a sync issue. Please try to ensure that your connection is good and always fresh start a game before collecting and always force save before exiting. You can try the suggestions in the Sync Issues section in What can I do to try to resolve my game issues? (http://forums.storm8.com/showthread.php?88356-Farm-Story-2-Main-Guide&p=1280824&viewfull=1#post1280824). Several members tried that and it worked for them.

Have you sent an email to support@storm8.com for your delivery drops issue? You can add this to your case for them to check. You can pm me your ticket number.

Can you try the suggestions in Post 2? Just in case you were having sync issues. If they didnt work, you will need to follow up with your ticket number with Support.
