Constant refreshes

Hello, I noticed that my game refreshes every time I open it. It would be fine until one of my server hands food. Then the entire game refreshes. Sometimes, it happens randomly but it always happens when I start the game after force closing it. This never happened to me before and I haven't changed anything to my restaurant so I don't know why this is happening. It's annoying since I lose my special customers until I force close the game and open it again.

My game was doing the same thing. I uninstalled and installed the game and this fixed the refreshing issue!

Can you try reinstalling your game? It was solved for me when I had this issue previously.

I did, still refreshing. It makes me mad when cid comes gives me hammer , then game refreshes and he comes again and give me nails instead . Or Elvis comes, gives me 5 casino coins , then game refreshes, he comes again and give me 1 instead of 5 ������

Do you guys know what is worst than the random-ness of this game? Its instabillity. Loads game, play for 5-10 seconds, collects a recipe that gives cards, it drops 20, game freezes for 2-4 seconds, RELOADS on its own, all last actions are gone, click to collect that recipe again, it drops 10 cards ?? , game freezes YET AGAIN, and reloads, collects recipe again, it drops 5, FIVE cards, from the original 20 that was the exact amount I needed to finish the quest step.

And its not that I leave the game open for days and re-open it repeatedly, this happens even when its force closed. But the most amazing thing is that sometimes, if I buy something in the 10 seconds pre-freezing period, on the street market, the coins are gone, the space the item was is empty, but the ingredient dissapears. Why you do this to me S8?? WHHHYYYYY?? *cries in corner*

Don't cry sweetie. I had this once and reinstalled the game helped. Try that and if it doesn't work, send an email to support@storm8.com and have an agent check your game.

Reinstall? Seriously? Won't progress be lost etc etc? I can't handle losing over a year of game progress, I love it too much... :P

Don't worry, you won't lose your game progress cos it's saved on S8 servers. As you can see, Kooky and I had this issue and it was solved after reinstallation and we didn't lose our games, just to assure you. :)

To add: if you don't feel comfortable to, you can send an email to support@storm8.com and get further confirmation/assistance from the Agent. :)

I have this problem every time I open my game too. It only started after Christmas I think. It is a bit frustrating when I get a Cid visit and he gives me a hammer, then refresh and I get nails or less gems for my dishes. I've learnt to give my game a minute to start behaving before doing anything.
