I had a major memory issue and had to stop playing until I removed all other apps from my iPad. I began playing again2 weeks ago and managed to get my social rating back up to 3; but now it has been stuck ther for 2 weeks. I visit neighbors every day and spent 30 minutes one visiting community non neighbors too. Ranking doesn't go up or down just st k!
