Jelly Maker + Sauce Maker or Sushi Shop?

Hi neighbours, I am at level 38. I am still working on coin saving. I am anticipating to buy my next building(s). Any advice for getting

(A) both jelly maker and sauce maker or
(B) sushi shop

Jelly maker and sauce maker, especially if you haven't expanded to the water garden yet. I assume you have the beehive already, which will be necessary for the jelly maker. I get plane and train requests for the jellies a lot. Sauces are a pain to make because they need so many ingredients, but are worth a lot when you sell them.

If you expand to garden, it will help you make more money. I use sushi shop the most, then jelly maker, sauce maker the least. You need a lot of honey or herbs for jellymaker, you can also make peanut butter if you have peanuts. Sauce maker needs lots of sugar, cream, butter, brown sugar or chocolate.
