Can someone tell me if this is available for android? I did the quest and never received it.

Hey there! Please download Dragon Story: Valentine's. Once you're there, go to the Market and tap on Buildings. You should be able to locate the Planetary Tower there. Once you purchase it and place it down, you can use the regular version (Birthday) to play. :) Hope this helps!

Thank you! I did get the planetary tower. Now I have the same issue with the Garden of Light. Can you tell me which version carries it?

Glad to hear it! You should be able to grab any of the buildings that you've unlocked through quests in that version. :)

Glad I found this post as I have had the same trouble. I have had to re-install the Valentine version, why is this error allowed to continue.
