where is the chocolate fountain

I have finally saved up enough coins, went to purchase the chocolate fountain and it is gone. Where did it go????? Am I the only one missing this, or did Norman delete it?

It's still there under the forth tab, the one with the plants.

It's half of the restaurant size when u were just starting. So i suggest to focus on expanding b4 buying it or u will end up with only the fountain, ur cooking ranges and ur counter. :D
