Mexican spice

It says you need 3 chilis and I have 14 but it's only saying that I have 1. How am I supposed to make this spice?

do you have the right type of chilli? You need the one that looks like a "J", called Cayenne Pepper, but there is another one called Red Chili Pepper that looks the same but the end of the chili curves to the right.
