No one on my Facebook plays restaurant 2. How can I get helping hands without anyone playing or by having to buy gem? Can I add neighbors /friends from anywhere else and ask for helping hands?

Add people from the Restaurant Story 2 groupes and that will help you get quick serves in game. Recommend you to get a new account for it, if you don't want to have strangers on your personal Facebook :)
