Decorating Strategies

I was going through my storage and I have lots of nice decorations gathering dust there that I would love to display. But I need all the room I can get for habitats. I have some decorations in the area in front of the nest but other than that, I don't see how I could display any more.

Is there anyone who has found a way to display more than a couple decorations? What is your strategy?

I have some decorations out but not as many as I would like. Around the treasure habitats as they are a bit smaller, outside the treents habitat as again it is smaller. Down the side of the tree of life also. I also have 2 patches of decorations where I haven't put habitats yet. U r welcome to have a look if you like. Not sure if we are neighbours. Seems we are neigbors! :) I just visited you. Very lovely forest! I hope to get to the position soon where I could leave a few habitat spots open for decorations. If only expansions came faster. Love that you have the ship out! I really want to make little a set up with the habitat and decor from the last world event - especially looking forward to having the ship on display. :)

Aw thank you. I thought we were neighbours but I'm not very good at remembering the names of forests to the names on the forums! I think it helps that I have a lot if the specialist habitats which allows me to place 4 animals instead of 3. I really like the Halloween decor and the Christmas work bench and paint station. Might get them back out at some point!

I guess if I am ever going to get to see your forest Silverrain1 -aka Aysel - you'll have to post some pics. Your forest won't load for me and freezes/shuts down my game. :(
But then again, any high level forest does the same thing so I forgive you! Hahaha :D j/k

I actually don't know how to post pics haha. Strange that it won't load, I dnt tend to have issues visiting people so I can get ideas from everyone else lol

Are you using an ipad by any chance? I was having the same problem the last two weeks, couldn't visit any level 75 or other high level forests so I performed a soft reset (hold down the home and power button simultaneously until the apple logo appears on screen) and I haven't had any problems since, fingers crossed!

I'll try that GanleeKalinae as I'm dying to see Silver's forest! And yes, I am using the I-pad my son gave me for Christmas. I haven't got the hang of it yet though. I am very computer illiterate.
I also don't have one of those newfangled phones. My Verizon cellphone is so old it has an antenna.
