I want to report a problem on android platform game , the start screen to the following message: " Thanks for getting our newest update - Please connect to internet you once to enable offline play! . " Ja restarted , reinstalled , cleaned the cache memory and nothing resolved .

Sorry to hear that! Could you try to uninstall and reinstall the game once more to see if that helps? If you are worried about uninstalling the game and losing your progress, you can write down your Support ID as well as how many Gems you have so an agent can recover your account. Additionally, can you toggle the wifi off and on to see if that helps? Please let us know if these tips help!
