Expansion Has Disappeared! Please Resolve

Hello, my son has been saving hard for his expansion and also, gathering final glimmer dust for Ivy's Hut. Having built Ivy's Hut, he spent the 35000 on the expansion which appeared long enough for him to start chopping a tree. Then suddenly reloading showed and when the screen reappeared he had lost his expansion, energy and coins. Ivy's Hut is still present but please resolve the missing expansion and energy or refund his 35000 coins in order that he can immediately repurchase. His Storm ID is Julie0177

Hi again. Have just looked at the Expansion and it has ticked 35000 coins met but is now saying we only have 88% of the required Royal points. (We had definitely secured enough Royal points and just needed the coins). Anything you can do to help would be very much appreciated.

This is a known issue... The problem is that the royal points are ticked when in fact you don't have enough on the board. You can see your RP top left of screen. It will clear once you increase your RPs on the board.
