Am I missing something here? I can't get any of the required 12 treats because of the stupid ice storms that blow every few seconds and you have to react in a millisecond. Advice appreciated.

Hello there! Level 61's goal is to light all the candles. In order to light a candle, you will need to make a match directly adjacent to the candle.

The ice storms will target a single square - you can see which one by the animated circles around it. The ice storm will transform this square into an obstacle. However, you can prevent this by matching three or more using this square as one of the matches. Note that the ice storm will not transform the square until after the turn it's threatening the square - so you get time to think.
