Red shopping baskets

How can I earn more red shopping baskets? I need to upgrade my pantry and other vendors,but I've only gotten two since I started. Do they only drop when we do complicated orders? My pantry only holds 50 so this isn't easy to do yet.

Items drop randomly. I have gotten the baskets from easy and also complicated orders.

I also rarely get red baskets or coupons, I almost always get coins. I hope the storm8 team will consider increasing the drop rate for the expansion items or at least bring around sales for the expansion parts more often. I always buy into these when we receive them!
