Battle arena

Hi need help in locating the battle arena I've just reached level 30 and a new goal came up saying to compete in a battle but where??? Try to click the except button but does nothing and im at a loss so any help much appreciated thanks.

You can compete in Battles at the Battle Arena. It is located next to your Adventure Outpost. Please let us know if you do not see one in your game.
