There's no sale signs but they have been on sale since yesterday. The Mithril Dragon, for example, is normally 400 gems and now it's 300.

Based on other prices too, the sale seems to be 25%.

Edit: I bit the bullet and finally bought myself a mithril dragon! I'm always struggling for mithril so I think it's a good investment at this point.
