Didn't get the 10 gold for completion of charter nine

Kooky, I checked my gold levels before completion of chapter nine , on completion I was NOT. Given the 10 gold I should have received ..... I have visited arctic isles , force closed the game fully , shut down iPad done everything advised quite a few times and still missing the 10 gold ...... Help please as so many bugs in this tales am reporting this to you
