Stuck at the door!!!

I have people stuck at the entrance of the door and will not come in. This is holding me up from accomplishingredients goals and I cannot earn keys. I have done as instructed by clearing the cashe from Google play and Uninstalled the game. No luck. Still stuck at the door. What can I do?
