UNLIMITED ENERGY NOT Working???

My GEMS purchase button has a "gift " sign on it and when I click it there's a made over new menu and there was a 5 min. timer countdown!! I bought 530 gems yesterday ... now it says purchase gems to get a FREE gift. ALL gem prices say $0.00!! But I can't click them

530 gems gives 10 min unlimited energy, 1400 gives 30, and 2900 gives 1 hour. But they don't work and my timer is a about to run out...
bam the menu to get "unlimited energy" just left. I SHOULD GET SOME UNLIMITED ENERGY for my purchase only 8 hours ago!!!
hmm purchase menu went back to normal but gem prices aren't showing up.

The free gift offer started today at 3 PM DST. Can you please try reinstalling your game to see if the Gem prices show up? If you still do not see the prices, please send us a screenshot of what you see and we'll look further into this for you.

That won't work now because I had a 5 min timer to purchase the gems and when it ended the GIFT sale ended...

2900 gems for 1 hours unlimited energy costing ?79.99 sorry I'm out.

Considering once ever building and animal is collected and you have maxed your Stone, wood, iron ore, coal, living wood etc etc what are you gonna do sit and wait for timers to reset?
