Cant seem to move buildings

Every time I try to move a building my game reloads and puts it back where it was. I am doing something wrong? Is it a bug?

It sounds like you may be trying to place an item where your Baron's Game Tent is while on your Android device. The Baron's Game Tent is not available on Android devices at the moment and will not appear in your account when trying to play on an Android. Although it does not appear, the area is occupied by this item so you will not be able to use the area on Android. If you'd like to use that space, you can log into an iOS device and move the Baron's Game Tent somewhere else so you can place something else there.
