I think I saw a pop up for a sale on the diamond temple several days ago that was good til the 15th. Now I'm not seeing the pop up. Did that sale expire? If I already bought the temple, if I recharge it, do I get the sale price (assuming it's still available)

If you have the temple, click on the "Activate it" button, and it will show you the current price. I had the same problem, I couldn't see the price in the market because I already own the temple. I got the sale price of 60 gold to recharge it. The sale may have ended today, but it doesn't charge you until it shows the price, and you have to click on another button that says "buy".

It just sits there glowing and by being there it increases your chances of breeding diamonds and diamond hybrids. You don't actually do anything with it, like putting dragons in it or anything like that.

Well, not only did buying a temple not help me at all in my first few days of trying for Valiant, it has now become a total waste of 60 gold. I can't try for Valiant at all anymore because of (1) Tales Dragons and (2) Limited Time Toxic Dragon. I'm so profoundly disappointed in this whole system :mad:

There is no way known I would even consider trying for Toxic under the circumstances! Tales and Valiant definitely my priorities. IF (and at this stage it is looking like a mighty big "if" I get Valiant, Toxic might stand a chance.

Very weird result. Diamond temple active. Bred gold and rainbow. Got winter. How is that even possible?? No white in the mix at all. Something is off for sure. On my other den I did breed prime eternal quite a happy surprise there

I am over the moon, just bred my Valiant (48 hours on the den)!!!
I got the diamond temple, 2 breeding dens and I've been speeding up all breeding times, got it with Diamond level 13 +Chariot level 11 at around breeding try number 100
The diamond temple has been amazing for me, in around 100 tries I got 7 diamond hybrids: 1 Angel, 1 Unicorn, 1 Mercury, 3 Crusaders & 1 Valiant!
I had Mercury and Crusader before I got the Diamond Temple but I highly recommend it as I got 3 new Diamond hybrids with it! Be prepared to spend a lot of gold to speed up breeding times but it was so worth it!

My temple was a dud! Never have I bred so many common dragons. Is there a 'lemon law' for these like when you by a car that breaks down all the time? Even at the sale price of 60 gold (plus 100 to activate the roost for this), I got ripped off :(

Sorry TwiWoods. Looks like I got a lemon nest too. Soooo disappointed. I would like a refund for my defective temple as well.

mimbiville2 - thanks! I'm sorry for us both but take comfort that I'm not the only one. It took me a year and a half to breed my first Diamond so hopefully I won't have to wait for more than a year to breed my next one!!

I got mixed results.

My main account got 4 diamond hybrids (Anubis, crusader, Mercury, and another crusader). I already had all of them, and makes 6 Mercury and 4 crusaders. Ugh. Sad to be annoyed by diamond hybrids, but it was disappointing. I threw around 500 gold at it between the temple, extra den, and speed breeding. In the future (now that my temple has expired), I'm probably gonna use rainbow sentinel and diamond and try for diamond prism and valiant simultaneously. I've been trying for diamond prism since about September 2015. Ugh.

On my secondary account I got valiant right away - and right before the temple expired got gold dragon! So again, successful for me.

On my 3rd account, I got nothing for my temple. A while back, I bought the prime eternal there since I had no diamond dragon. Using it, plus traditional methods of getting a plain diamond dragon... Got nothing.

I bought it on my two baby accounts (both in the mid 40s level) and got no diamonds. A waste of 60 gold.

And since I'm a glutton for punishment, I am also managing my friend's two accounts currently while she's super busy with work and taking a break from the game. I bought the diamond temple for both of her accounts and again got no diamond hybrids at all.

So successful in only 2 out of 7 accounts I manage. I wish it'd at least guarantee one hybrid or something. Or maybe just be up front about what the exact probability of success is with the temple (versus the misleading 600%).

So far with the temple I've bred a Crusader (which I already had) and now got a Gold (which I didn't). I used Lunar Rainbow hoping for Anubis or Diamond Prism. Trying for Gold gives short fails while the others don't. But I'll take it!

Yes, so I decided (against my better judgment) to activate the temple. (Not even going to mention the rip off of TeamLava then starting an event that causes you to have to breed dragons which then uses up time that you paid for with temple) and to further add insult I also activated my breeding roost.
What, you might ask, did these fine purchases get me? Well (Keep in mind, I was trying for Astromancer):
4 March Mayhems (which I already had and hate)
2 Air
2 Mist
Ambassador (again, already had)
Aries and Gemini (not so upset as I was missing these)
Landworm (super rare? Not for me, I can breed them like rabbits)
3 Leos (already had)
2 Genies (one helped on the tales the other just irked me)
AND, (drumroll please) 5 Incredibly rare and hard to get Waters!!!!!

All in all, a complete waste of resources. Thanks TL!!!

LOL. Mine is too. I've activated the temple 3 different times since I bought it including this last sale and never has it produced a super or ultra dragon. I think I got a rare once...maybe twice....maybe.... but that's it. It should have a big ol' yellow lemon hovering above it. :D I doubt I'll be activating it again. If I could put it in storage, I would.

For me the Temple has been effective, got 1 unicorn and 1 gold or 1 diamond for 10 attempts (I didn't speed the breedings or just the last few hours).

It as a total bust for me buying this temple. Nothing and it seemed I got more commons than the very before. I think my only new dragon was a charisma which wasn't that exciting.

I have nothing with the first time I actived diamond temple, only common, rare and sup rare, but no Diamond !
But after that I sold the temple and bought new one and have Prism !!!! Oh my god I am so happy right now.
I am still trying for Dark Angle and Valiant. Hope for something new!

People have different experiences to be sure and even different experiences each time they activate it. I have always got at least one diamond hybrid, even if not the one I want. First time I got several I wanted, plus spares. Second time I got only Mercury and third time Anubis. Yet other islands seem to get more or none. Very unpredictable.

I re activated my temple to try for Valiant while it was on sale. I got two Diamond Hybrids while it was active. One was another Anubis, and just before it went inactive, I got Valiant! Woohoo! :D

Bought it on friday. I'm breeding Centurion and Black Diamond or Midnight and Diamond trying for Valiant and Prime Eternal. My results so far:
Black Diamond
Coral x2
Penumbra
Charm x2
Coral x2

Hope this gets better cause so far I'm pretty disappointed...

You probably were not jipped, depending on when you looked at the time remaining. I do find many of the countdown timers annoying as it seems they work as follows:

4 days 23 hours remaining displays 5 days
4 days 1 hour remaining displays 5 days

So when we get to the last bit

1 day 1 hour displays as 2 days

Then two hours later it is displaying 23 hours, so it looks like you lost a day, even though you didn't.

I got the temple for 60 recently for the first time and did some speeding. To get all 13+2 ever/new diamond and hybrid dragons. Talk about tickled pink...how about psychedelic!! I may never need to get it again. I have never got lucky like that.

I bought the temple, bred my diamond dragon constantly, did some speed breeding... no new diamond dragon. But it was on super sale for only 60 gold, so how could I not buy it, right?? Gotta love a sale like that. Just hope it will help me out next time I get loopy and activate it, lol! =D
