Which buildings have you found useful to level up?

I am starting to max out on some building supplies, and have decided to level up some buildings.

Which buildings have you found useful to level up? Why?

Wizard schools because level 5 gives 10 energy.
Mines, hatcheries and stables because higher levels have shorter collection times. (And certain quests require level 5)
Royal buildings because the higher the level the more Royal points they're worth. (I did the conservatories and jewelers first but I have at least one level 5 of all Royal buildings.) and occasionally level 5 has a better chance of rare drops, for example, during the glimmer egg hunt.

At least 3 farmhouses and 3 cottages to level 5 because certain quests require either having or visiting level 5

The jousting arena if you haven't leveled it up yet because it completes goals in the goal book plus at level 5 it has rare drops (swords and armor) and also spawns monsters during the hunts.
