How do you know which oven you need to buy for goals? Such as to make Granny's chicken & dumplings?

Click on your cookbook. Then click on any of the appliances and they will tell you what they cook. I do not have a recipe with that title or I would tell you which one you need.

Are you in the right game? There's no recipe with that name in RS2.

I could not find it either, but it is asking for 3 orders to complete the goal.

The recipe you are looking for is in the regular oven in Restaurant Story 1. You'll need to scroll right to the end of the oven to see the recipe.
