Unable to purchase the new towers

I completed my Yellow Dawn goal but I am unable to find or even to purchase my Yellow Tower. Where is it? I did not have this issue with my Green, Red, or Blue ones. I am about to complete the White Dawn and am afraid I will have the same issue. I am using the Android OS.

Storm 8 is checking into this issue. It seems that the buildings are not showing in the most recent updates. Try using the Halloween version at this time.
