Blue lagoon coins

I completed a goal and it came up with saying that had earned something that meant my blue lagoons could now earn more coins. But I can't for the life in me find this object in the market or my storage :S

It is a Dawn Tree Boost building, Pantheon Pool, usually found in the Market under the Buildings tab, but I do see note of a possible current issue (http://forums.storm8.com/showthread.php?36941-Dawn-Tree-Boosts&p=1275439&viewfull=1#post1275439) in some versions where the boosts are not visible - however they are visible in my Market (iOS, Birthday Version of app).

Thanks. Yep it's definitely not there :-/ is there any solution to this as I'm on android?
