videos 4 Gems showing White Screen

hi when i select "Watch Videos" for gems the video plays but then when its finished i get white screen! The only way to exit is closing the game and re opening. It just started happening yesterday. Also ii wasnt getting the 5-10 videos i normally did daily its now only 3.

Try deleting and redownloading the game to see if this fixes the issue.
