My Bakery Story 2 Classic got reset to Level 1 from Level 34

My Bakery Story 2 Classic hasn't worked since the Feb. 17th upgrade. I'd open the game and it would close in a second or two. I opened a ticket (actually 2 tickets since they closed the first one without fixing the game) but nothing has been done and it's been over a month. I was playing Love & Cupcakes since Classic doesn't work. Now, both have been reset to Level 1 - I was Level 34. Why won't Storm8 fix the game? I've spent actual cash on this game and expect this this to be fixed right away. I thought the company wants people like me (people who spend actual money) to play the game but it looks like I was mistaken. It looks like they just don't care.

Omg. I lost my game too!! I'm level 40 and it restarted me at level 1
