Yes we did. I don't understand their decision to give us yet another crate after we just had one. I was really hoping for a new appliance. I'm going to throw a fit if we get a third crate in a row. Not fair since I don't have the money to buy gems. If anyone wants this week's update then they will have to open their wallets.:(

There have been 5 wednesdays this month and they added another crate since next week would be another appliance update and goals the wednesday after
I'm glad it's not a new appliance week as I'm mastering the recipes to earn more coins and gems

I don't know if we have to wait until the next one starts because, as I have said before, I can't afford a crate because they have to have a certain amount of gems to get it. I honestly think that working hard and then having some extra money to buy a crate would be great, but every time a new one comes up, why not have the crate motor itself as the Final Prize! I could handle that! ! Hey, instead of the Spring theme, how about a Hot Rod Caf? theme! Since some of us have it, why not? I've got a lot of the d?cor already, including 3 of those little Hot Rods , too! But, 4 the moment, I decided to put them away because I wanted to increase my customer seating capacity so I could save up to expand my restaurant.

My thoughts exactly! Do the fourth place prizes look particularly risky this time or is it just me? I have bought lots of boxes and don't mind most of my fourth place prizes. These fourths are just so lame. I hope they sell the picnic looking thing that's cut off and the duck pond outside the box one day.

It's the same color schemes every week. Everything is light blue, pink, and/or green. I have so much spring decorations that I've gotten bored of them. Each week's new update looks like what we already have. I miss getting weird themes.

I'm wondering the same thing!! I'm hoping they give us LTOs each week.

Sometimes I wish S8 can introduce a "crate bundle" - a bundle that include the 1st prize, and a random 2nd + 3rd + 4th prize (or one with a random 2nd + 3rd + 4th prize). That way we're at least sure that we're getting one "bigger" prize.

Alternatively I would love the opportunity to get a bundle with all items in a crate for something like 250 gems... ;)

They should make a crate with all the 1st and 2nd prizes of all the old boxes. I'd spend 24 gems on that crate in a heartbeat. I'd buy that crate multiple times.

I might actually try this one. I love the duck pond and some of the other prizes look cute as well. The children on the bikes is not something I would ever want in my bakery, but it looks like a first price, so I'm willing to risk it.

Agreed! Soon our earned gems will be useless. Can't use them for LTO, because they put everything in the value pack offer. $$$$$$..! *sigh*

Well, since I got some birthday money, I bought a Birthday Crate from Bakery Story, and I got the Birthday Bicycle! I bought the Sock Hop Crate from Restaurant Story and I got the Grease Boys! If have them on display in my restaurant, Subway! I bought the Mexican Dancer back, too! Come on over sometime for a visit, OK?
