Maintenance announcement

I was in the middle of collecting sparkles when i suddenly get disconnected and this internet connection pop outs appear. I was thinking it was my modem so i restarted it. I click many times but this " try again" pop always appear, until after how many tries an announcement of maintenance came out and asked to return after an hour.

I came here to check if there is any announcement of scheduled maintenance but i cant see any.
May i know when is the weekly maintenance if there is any, like any other games so i will know the contract's time i have to use?

Oh and btw, pls make it gmt time cos i dont know any US time as i lived in other continent.
