My game is stuck on level 222. It won't let me go any further. Any idea how to fix

Sorry to hear that! Could you try uninstalling and reinstalling to see if that helps load the other levels? If not, please contact support@storm8.com and one of our agents will be able to assist you. :)

Will that put me back to level 1?

:) Deleting and reinstalling will not put you back to level 1. To put your mind at ease, you can write down your Support ID as well as how many Gems you have currently on your account. If the game is lost, support can help you recover it with those information.
