Where is the Easter bunny 'passing through' that I need to tap on to start the quest?

I have not seen anything about a cruise it's just telling me I need to tap on the bunny that's passing through. I'm so confused.

Are you see the Cruise open in you game? If so tap on it to get your Cruise started.
