Easter Cruise Goal question/problem

Does the Easter Bunny come at certain times? I've played off and on (but pretty regularly) since the goal started and I've never seen him. I would think he would be pretty noticeable, so I'm not sure if it's my account or if I'm just not playing when he comes by. Thanks!

The Easter Bunny comes every 8 hours. Did you complete your Easter cruise? The Bunny comes only if you have completed the cruise.
