lvl 5 Jousting Arena

Hi, sorry if this is in the wrong section, but this seems to be where most help and suggestions come from so..
I've been trying to upgrade my jousting arena to level 5 for awhile but i need two horse statues, and it says to craft them in my workshop but there is no option available, there is only a unicorn statue which ive made before and i know they are different.
Does anyone know how to get the option to craft a horse statue?

I have force closed, deleted and reinstalled with no luck in finding a horse statue to craft. Have they been removed from the game? I know the jousting arena is not a timed quest so it seems odd

It's states that it is an event item but whether it can be built now that event has ended im not sure.

The horse statues don't come up till you have finished the neighbour and market place visits. Good luck!
