Gem dispensers are gone?

I have 4 gem dispensers and last night when I went to get the gems they gave me gems plus two coins each. After that they disappeared and they're still gone? I'm not sure what's going on .

They shouldn't give you coins. The only time you get coins from anything is when you sell it. I'd get straight in touch with S8 and ask if they could sort them for you. I have 4 of them as well and I'd be gutted if anything happened to them. Good luck.
