My profile stars go from 4 back down to 3, why?

I notice that after I worked so hard to get four stars for my bakery that it drops down to 3 ot 2 sometimes. I don't think that is fair! Can someone agree with me? My ID is lacy cakes I play on my iPad and the game is so different from my iPhone.

That is the way it is meant to work. To keep your star at level 4 you need to keep actively tipping. If you stop tipping it will drop. The point of the star rating is to show other community members just how good, or not, you are at tipping. To make it less likely to drop below a level 4, dont stop tipping when you reach level 4, keep on tipping as if you are aiming for a level 5. I keep about 40-50 neighbours, and I tip the majority of them every day, and my star rating doesn't drop below 4.
