I need to do a factory reset on my tablet. Will I lose my game progress if I do? I have had to uninstall and reinstall the game and didn't lose progress, but haven't done a factory reset.

Factory resetting your device may reset the unique identifier on your device. If this happens, please email support!@storm8.com and they can help you recover your account.

If I lose progress, they can for sure get my account back? I know for regular Bakery Story I have an ID, and it's easy to recover. For this game there isn't one.

When you use the login system with Bakery story, all games under that same storm ID will also be recovered.

Right. I'm just concerned for Bakery Story 2, there is no storm ID. So if I do a factory reset, can they recovery my account? I'll have to email support to see if they can.

If you downloaded BS2 on the same device as Bakery story, then it will automatically get the same storm ID.
