In-Game Harassment

I have been experiencing in-game harassment, have taken screenshots, not posted any responses to their wall (as is instructed procedure), and sent an email to support. However, support has been taking days to reply to other tickets and I really feel like we should not have to wait days for support response to harassment. Can any mods help with this?

You've done everything right. I think you will just have to wait. I completely agree with you though that things like this should be dealt with immediately. I hope it's sorted for you today as there's not usually much staff around at S8 over the weekend.

It can take support 3-5 business days to be able to respond.
A situation like this may take a little longer because they will have to do some research on your complaint and read through walls.
