I just bought a 'Value Pack' for $9.99 for 200k Coins, 10k Food, and a Knight Dragon. Got the coins and the food, did not receive the Knight Dragon.

Was it because my Nest wasn't empty? That's the only reason I can think of as to why I didn't get the Knight Dragon. Well, that, and just a flat out error.

Regardless, I would like my Knight Dragon please. Thank you.

Try force closing, and then restarting the app. Sometimes that works. If not, you can try deleting the app, then reinstalling and restarting. If neither of those work, email support. Support@storm8.com.

Please try what jim23cash suggested.

Make sure when looking in your storage that you have the all button checked.
