Jakes dry goods showing up as Michelle's luxury item so??

Ok so I opened Jakes dry goods but can't get to it?? Whenever I click the arrow and scroll through my shops its shows Michelle's luxury items which of course is available until L39. How am I supposed to get chocolate??
