I struggled with the Guardian Dragon and only passed him with an Ultimate attack but aside from that this tournament is going very well. I'm rather nervous though about the Emerald Knight coming in Round 25. I never gotten this far in a tournament when it's a Champion Dragon. I'm hoping for good things!

I always recommend not using high level dragons against the babies. The same logic that allows our babies to win also allows their babies to win.

Same here, I think it's too much to have another regular tourney consecutively (one day space) after a flash tourney ended... They should consider that we have many casualties needed to be healed in order to prepare for another tourney. They even didn't consider about that. How can people battle if many great dragons still waiting to be healed in spa, sigh... It's quite hectic, especially if we had too many losses in previous flash tourney, well, I am speechless... Be strong and have fun, guys, don't stress up yourself, take it easy, and remember, this is "just a game".

I've never posted results so I have maybe a stupid question what is the meaning of the abbreviation you guys are posting at the end of your results. For example Dream 9 < Water 14 B or Deep 12 < Forest 14 bmM what's the bold abbreviation? I also see m++b, MMM, mM, bm++ just to name a few. M = magic
People usually put an uppercase letter if the given hit did significant damage to the opponent (say more than half).
So, for example, if you first used a bash and it worked only a little, then used a magic and this almost finished the opponent, then finished it with another magic, it will be bMm.

Was expecting a tough round 15 with Templar as opponent. Went with my gut feeling and put in Cursed Idol lvl6 to battle as it had metal and I don't have any other prime , champion or diamond ... It took 3 hits but Templar was sent home scurrying. ( me beaming from ear to ear)

Diamond or a hybrid if you have them...barring that, metal and champion types. Or, you can use fruitful like I do when in distress! He's a tough cookie. Also, fire is a tough cookie too. :)

I'm in the same boat! Tried everything I've got that matches - even vaguely - recommendations on the forum, but I don't have a diamond, or anything above level 12. Templar is taking me to the dry cleaners!!

For Guardian, Slumber level 3 bB
Don't have ANY Epic (Max level 9), champions or diamond too !
Try to use commons against champions, as type doesn't have effect it worth a try ! On the Rispcale Tournament I did that too and it worked ( not at the previous flash Tournament but...).

Does it matter what level they are? I lost with firestorm and landworm along with another bunch of dragons. �😯😯

For me, when I get to those seemingly unbeatable dragons, the Fruitful Dragon seems to work (I always start with a magic hit). If Fruitful can't do it, then I try Forest, Fire or Air.
And it might sound goofy, and maybe it's all in my head, but try holding the button down for a 20-count rather than just tapping the button. Like I said, it might be all in my head, but I swear it works.

Emerald was being nasty to me too - lost 6 dragons to him before I threw fire at him a second time. That was the only dragon that came close to taking down Emerald, so I thought I'd try him again using different attacks. Thankfully it worked!

I'm facing the same dragon. Tried most Dragons that had won by other members but lost. Just wondering why is so? Why is their winning Dragon is a loosing Dragon to me in fact some of my Dragon is even higher level then theirs . Look like there's no basis standard.
I really want this dragon since I do not have any champion Dragon but I also don't want to spend Gold for the ultimate. Sigh....... Why they make things so difficult for us........

It's because there's basically like a 10% chance for you to crit with any dragon, with his level. Have you all tried metal by chance? It's pretty high on the list of dragons to use...

Just a hint from a long term player.......if you have the spare gold ........ Sometimes I choose to ultimate when I have 6 or 7 losses to an opponent ...... Guardian took out 7 of mine so I ultimated ...... Real life can be busy and this game has to be fitted in around it so the occasional ultimate is not a failure ...... Just a hint and not all will agree with me but it's life especially with tourneys coming so quickly together now ......
Now I'm facing Anubis only one loss so far but will try to beat him ......

After a whole day, finally got Passion with RS Level 15 on it's 4th attempt. Lost Bladewing 15, Beast, Fire and a variety of other level 10 chaps numerous times.

I have been really lucky of late and always won each round on the first, second or occasionally the third attempt. I had forgotten how annoying it is to keep losing to the same dragon. I could have used ultimate (which I have no hesitation in doing as I am fortunate to have loads of gold) but I was curious to see how long it would take. Now I know!!!

I've been on Templar since Wednesday night! Losses include: Fire 14 twice, Clown 10, Forest 10, Magic 10, a Beauty 7, Cursed Idol 6, Lord of Light 10, Jack 10, Beast 13, Centurion 11 twice, Metal 10 and a couple babies I threw in without paying attention. No 15s or Diamonds. Any obvious ones I've overlooked?

Had an abysmal round 11 as well. Allow myself 1 ultimate per tourney (Centurion was an exception to get a champion type-he's my only)...not sure I want to use it now with what I'm seeing in 20. Wish we'd be allowed to pass after 10 losses. I'm thinking I'll never win a tournament and its def not for my lack of trying!

While most of the non-champs were pretty managable, I did feel that the tournaments r getting a bit tougher. Or I should rather say, it is becoming increasingly more important to match the colour-chart and adjust our battle-strategy. I realised I need more dragons from the sub-groups. I think I will take a break from my epic-quest for neon/divine and focus on the rainbow and fairytales....

I've been on Templar since Wednesday night! Losses include: Fire 14 twice, Clown 10, Forest 10, Magic 10, a Beauty 7, Cursed Idol 6, Lord of Light 10, Jack 10, Beast 13, Centurion 11 twice, Metal 10 and a couple babies I threw in without paying attention. No 15s or Diamonds. Any obvious ones I've overlooked?

Had an abysmal round 11 as well. Allow myself 1 ultimate per tourney (Centurion was an exception to get a champion type-he's my only)...not sure I want to use it now with what I'm seeing in 20. Wish we'd be allowed to pass after 10 losses. I'm thinking I'll never win a tournament and its def not for my lack of trying!

I was in the same situation...stuck on Templar since Wednesday afternoon, with at least 18 losses. (Lost track after about ten.) Tried Landworm 13 several times, Centurian 9 the same amount, Metal 12 three or four times, and many others...common, rare, and super rare, levels 7 through 12. (Don't have any diamonds or primes.)

FINALLY took him down this morning with Arbiter 6, mmB. But really, when the odds of beating a champion are so low, it's just a matter of persistence and luck. Hope you can find some of both...best wishes!!

I've lost almost 20 dragons to templer. Is it worth using ultimate as i only have about 50 gold? Not sure because I'm thinking i will get stuck on dragons coming up as well

Me, too...see my reply to nic above. If you have Arbiter, give him a shot...it's as worth a try as anything else!

And yes, the dragons ahead certainly look daunting. Don't imagine I'll get through this one.

Side note: just took down emerald knight, Just barely with dame of darkness. I went at it all yesterday, threw everything and did 3 rounds with dame of darkness. Now I am stuck on Medusa. My Emergency room is flooded with all the casualties.

Level 20 (Guardian) lost to Infinity 15 on my first try; Level 25 (Emerald Knight) took only 4 tries with Infinity again taking him down. I was able to finally do some research on Passion dragon...sorry, I wasn't to him yet myself. I've got a few I'll list, since I do not know exactly what you have dragon wise, aside from a diamond. :)

Aether, Beast, Abyss. Archon, Arbiter, Atlantis, Banshee, Black Ice, Candy Cane...hopefully one of those you'll have, and can succeed! <3

Thanks Niire, Candy Cane 9 worked against Passion on my "baby" account. My main account with a decent number of Diamonds and Champs has lost 15 rounds to Passion and I'll be trying some of the ones on your list next!

I am beyond ANGRY :mad: I used Beast 15 and WON finally against Passion. So as usual, I hit travel to the Arctic Isles to save the win. On the waiting screen, the game crashed and set me back to have to fight Passion again. Can anyone guess what happened next??? Beast lost using the same moves....this is so unfair.

I've got persistence, VERY short on luck during tournaments. Not just this one, ALL of them. Forest 1, believe it or not, took Templar. A nbr won with Forest 15, so I thought I'd give the baby a go. bB. Had to ultimate on my other game. Time will tell whether or not it was worth it. R20 up in a half hour... Battle winning vibes coming your way!!

Another vote for using Rainbow Sentinel against Passion. After at least 8 fails including a number of level 15 dragons Rainbow Sentinel worked as a level 14 dragon. Good luck.

After numerous losses to Unicorn, I got a bit sick of all my good fighters going down so I threw my only baby dragon at it - Love, breed during the last Tales. I was totally gobsmacked when he won in only two hits! I think this is the first time I've ever won using a baby against a champ!

I am getting really frustrated by how hard it is to win against high level champs and diamonds these days. There doesn't seem to be any real strategy to it - just a matter of throwing random dragons in against them and hoping one wins. And a baby being able to win when your epics can't just seems crazy! Tournaments are starting to become more of a chore because of this... Anyone else feel the same?
