Retrieving notes people send to you

Someone sent me a note, I'm assuming because of my request I posted on the community wall...but for the life of me I can not find it anywhere. Can someone please help? Thanks in advance!

I'm not sure what you mean by "note" -- do you mean a PM (private message) here on the forum? If so, look at the very top of the screen, you'll see your username listed, and beside it is "Notifications" -- click on that.

You can see your messages by tapping: Menu>Overview > Wall.

Oh! You were talking about those stupid notes we get, where it breathlessly says "Somebody left you a note! It says... I mean, I don't know what it says--" and before you can finish reading the notice, it disappears off the friggin' screen!

Easy solution: don't let the app send you notices or announcements. Cuz if you get a bunch of neighbours who all post "p6" or "lmkwc" every time they visit, you'll get those dumb "notes" every ten minutes!
