Wall panels floating out from the wall?

28786I was replacing some wall panels and when I finished, one of the ones I swapped out was still in the room, but not on the wall. It's in the back corner.

Please try closing out your game. If it still there try deleting and reinstalling the game. (you will not lose your game progress).
