Android and iOS difference?

Hello guys! I am questioning about why iOS devices have some very neat decorations and the free gems feature.... I am currently using an Android device on version 5.1.1. I have friends who uses iOS so I noticed some things that the android does not have in the decoration section. Why is that?

I also can't see emojis as well which sucks because I can't tell what some of the neighbors send me with emojis :p

I almost forgot! The bakery story version I am running on is 1.5.5.9

Promotional items and or features may be different for the different platforms. Since androids will get seasonal versions to the games, their updates items may be offered in just those seasonal versions.
You can find all current seasonal versions offered for android in the google play market.

When apple users use emojis, only other apple users can see these. This is an apple thing and does not have anything to do with the games. Sorry about that.
