Items from to go orders

Hi, I keep getting cash or shelves or sometimes baskets as rewards for to go orders but have yet to get a coupon or brick or jar. Do they come at specific levels? It's so frustrating!

no, they have nothing related to levels.
to-go orders rewards are random, and each reward has its rarity. coins are common reward, so it comes more often.
shelves are less rare than jars.
baskets are less rare than coupons...
etc...

sooner or later you will get what you need :)

It depend on people for the rarety of items because in my case, I get way more coupons and jars than basket and shelves

I'm having this problem too. I did nothing but bake what was needed to send orders trying for shelves. I need one more to expand my pantry. Without it I'm at a stand still. Maybe I'm just to use to the original to get into this game.
