Past building skins gone, not in storage, not available in store

I had won Halloween skins for buildings, had Autumn bld skins, Christmas skins - all gone
I was looking to replace my Silo skin from Christmas to Autumn or Halloween - not in storage.

Also my Animal skins are all gone as well,
just checked after turning my Ipad air off/on & deleted other games to make sure I had enough storage.

So do we loose the skins we earn when we switch skins??
no notification that they will be lost/gone forever?

Please tell me this is not so. Took a lot to earn all those skins for animals & buildings. All for nothing.
Please help.

Hey there! If you change skins, they will not go back into the storage. Can you try tapping on edit and then the item you would like to change the skin of? From there, you should see a paintbucket. All available skins that you have collected should be there. :) Please let us know if that works!
